Brian S.Hoffman
CRPC®- CEPA® - Private Wealth Strategist
Mr. Hoffman has more than 25 years—nearly three decades—of experience in business, banking, and investment services. Over the course of his career, Brian has personally guided more than 100 clients toward, into, and through retirement, helping them navigate financial decisions during some of the most important transitions of their lives.
Brian holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designations, reflecting his focus on retirement income planning, wealth transition, and helping individuals and business owners move from accumulation to long-term sustainability. His work is grounded in structure, discipline, and a deep respect for the personal side of financial decision-making. He is also the author of Riding the Waves: A Century of the U.S. Stock Market's Generational Cycles, a book that explores the historical patterns, behavioral forces, and long-term cycles that shape markets over time.
Outside of his work with clients, Brian spends time in his garage woodworking and crafting custom furniture. What began as a hobby has become a lens through which he views financial planning.
“I often picture myself crafting a strong, comfortable rocking chair—the kind someone might sit in on their very first day of retirement. Building something that lasts requires experience, a clear vision, the right tools, and—most importantly—a defined process. Financial planning is no different. Without process and proper timing, even well-intentioned plans can fail to hold up over time.”
This people-first, process-driven approach keeps planning focused on what matters most: your goals, your concerns, and your vision for the future. It creates space for open dialogue and allows retirement planning, estate planning, and insurance planning to work together as one coordinated strategy—rather than as isolated decisions.
When not working with clients and their families, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters at their home in Landing, New Jersey, or in his garage refining his craft—building something meaningful, one piece at a time.
